IRS (Interactive Response Suite) is the product suite that integrates the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and IMR (Interactive Message Response) solutions. With a graphical user interface (GUI) that allows the creation of common applications for both solutions and unified management. It administers bi-directional inbound and/or outbound campaigns between SMS, Voice, Email and/or fax.
